  • A4 Summaries of diabetes and hypertension care have been updated. New!
  • Module on Cognitive Impairment (under the Reference Framework for preventive care for older adults) and its two-page summary have been newly released. New!

  • The "Booklet on Child Care Tips" is now available in both electronic and printed versions. Please fill in this request form and return to our Office if you wish to obtain a printed copy.
  • The Reference Frameworks for Diabetes Care and Hypertension Care have newly released and updated several modules: Module 6 – Drug Treatment for Hyperglycaemia(Diabetes Care), Module 9 - Lipid Management in Hypertensive Patients(Hypertension Care) and Module on Smoking Cessation in Primary Care Settings.
  • World Family Doctor Day (WFDD) is celebrated every year on 19 May to highlight the role and contribution of family doctors in health care systems around the world. To echo the WFDD 2017, the Primary Care Office (PCO) of the Department of Health (DH) has organized a series of promotional activities. Please click here for details.
  • The Framework@PC Mobile App has been enhanced in 2017 with the addition of Modules on Health Assessment and Falls in elderly, and Module on Immunisation for children, with interactive algorithm for screening, assessment and management of falls.
  • Based on the Module on Health Assessment, cue cards on functional assessment tools for older adults, poster on preventive care for healthy ageing and leaflet about tips on health assessment for the elderly have been developed.
